Thank you for your interest in hosting an event at the North Carolina Maritime Museum and its associated sites. Rentals are currently on hold during the museum’s construction project, which is scheduled to continue through the end of 2025.

We are now accepting inquiries only for events in 2026. All rental requests must be submitted using the form below.

Please note: The museum’s Harvey W. Smith Watercraft Center is a working facility, which limits the number of rental dates available for private events. It is only available during select dates April through December based on scheduled projects and programs. Additionally, the facility is not climate-controlled and is subject to extreme weather conditions, so we encourage you to plan accordingly when considering the time of year for your event.
